Chad Pierce

Chad Pierce has been a top sales and management executive in the Digital Media, Broadcast and Commercial Audio Visual integration industries for 24 years. In his spare time, Chad also works at the prestigious Shaker Hills Country Club in Harvard, Massachusetts, where he enjoys feeding his passion for regularly connecting with different people and it also allows him to channel his obsession for Golf in a constructive manner.  Chad also proudly serves on the Board of Directors as the Coaching Director, for the Ayer-Shirley Traveling Youth Soccer Club; overseeing 15 teams, 32 Coaches and 195 young athletes from ages 9 - 18 years old. Chad is also the Head Coach for a u12 soccer team and although he claims to know very little about the game of soccer, his teams typically enjoy winning records due to a foundation built on teamwork, personal accountability, solid work ethic and overcoming adversity. Chad says, that a tremendous group of kids who shared these characteristics, helped guide his most recent team to become Division 2 League Champions by winning the coveted Nashoba Cup. Most importantly, Chad is a proud father to an 11-year old son, who Chad says is already smarter, funnier and wiser than he is.
